Component

• Nozzle set complete, hand-checked nozzle-set, consisting of paint needle, pain nozzle and air cap. The air cap should be placed in a position in which the matking is on top. Only original parts gusrantee highest quality and lifetime.

• Round/flat Spray control Round/flat spray control for infinitely variable adaptation of the spray fan to the object : Turn to the left >> flat spray, Turn to the right >> round spray

• Spray Distance In order to avoid overspray and surface problems, the spray distance between air cap and object should be maintained in accourdance. Depending on spray gun type and material.

• Material Flow Control Adjust material flow control in accrdance with material viscosity and required flow rate (arrow) and fix by means of the counter nut (small arrow). Under normal circumstances, the material flow control is fully open.

• Compressed air micrometer For maximum air flow, fully open integrated Micrometer, i.e. Put into vertical position III. Possibility of direct pressure adjustment at the spray gun (not available with all spray gun types).
