เป็นเครื่องเชื่อม MIG ที่มาพร้อมฟังก์ชั่นการเชื่อม MMA ได้รับการออกแบบมาให้มีขนาดเล็กและน้ำหนักเบา ตัวเครื่องหนักเพียง 4 กก. กระแสไฟฟ้าเต็ม 160A และใช้กับลวดเชื่อมขนาด 1 กก./ม้วน เพื่อให้สามารถเคลื่อนย้ายได้สะดวก และเพื่อให้เหมาะกับงานเชื่อมบนที่สูงๆ โดยไม่ต้องหิ้วถังแก๊ส CO2 ให้ยุ่งยากและลำบาก เครื่องเชื่อมจะถูกควบคุมด้วยระบบซอฟแวร์ที่ทำหน้าที่เป็นตัวประมวลผล ปรับแต่งค่าต่างๆได้อย่างแม่นยำเพื่อให้ได้แผลเชื่อมที่สวยที่สุด

ฟังก์ชั่น MIG สามารถเชื่อมลวดฟลักซ์คอร์ (Fluxcore welding wire E71T-GS 0.8mm) โดยไม่ต้องใช้แก๊ส CO2  ประหยัดค่าใช้จ่ายในการซื้อแก๊ส   หรือถ้าต้องการเชื่อมลวดCO2 (ER70S-6   0.8mm-1.0mm) ที่ใช้แก๊สในการเชื่อมก็สามารถเชื่อมได้ สวย เนียน เช่นกัน

ฟังก์ชั่น MMA สามารถเชื่อมลวดเชื่อมไฟฟ้าขนาด 2.6mm และ 3.2mm ได้อย่างสบายๆ และมีฟังก์ชั่น Anti-Sticking (Auto) ทำให้การเชื่อมอาร์คง่ายขึ้น

It is MIG welding machine with MMA function, designed for small case and light weight. it is 4 kg only. Output current is  full 160 ampere and it is designed for welding wire 1 kg. it is easy to carry and suitable for welding at height without CO2 gas tank. The machine is controlled by software system for processing, and adjustment is accurate for the best welding result.

MIG function is suitable for gas less welding wire (flux core E71T-GS 0.8mm), this can save your cost for CO2 gas. It also can be used with CO2 welding wire (ER70S-6 0.8mm-1.0mm) and the welding result is good for both gas less and CO2 welding wire.
MMA function is suitable for welding electrode 2.6mm and 3.2mm, the machine can weld these two size of welding electrode easily. there is Anti-sticking (auto) for the MMA function to be easy for welding.

ระบบความปลอดภัย

มีพัดลมระบายความร้อน  มีระบบแจ้งเตือนและเครื่องจะหยุดทำงานอัตโนมัติเมื่อความร้อน แรงดันไฟฟ้า และกรแสไฟ สูงเกินไป  ซึ่งสัญญาลักษณ์ต่อไปนี้จะแสดงบนหน้าปัด LED หลังจากนั้นเครื่องจะทำการปิดตัวเองลงและเปิดใหม่เพื่อป้องกันความเสีย ยกเว้น ความร้อนสูงเกินไปเครื่องจากปิดตัวลงทันทีหลังจากสัญญาลักษณ์แสดงบนหน้าปัด LED ประมาณ 5-10 นาที

OH หมายถึง ความร้อนสูงเกินไป

OV หมายถึง แรงดันไฟฟ้าเกิน

OC หมายถึง กระแสไฟฟ้าเกิน

Safety

Built-in fan control for cooling, thermal overload, over-voltage, over-current protection. The follow symbol will appear on the LED disply. Then the machine will restart, except the over heat, the machine will shut down itself within 5-10 minute to protect the damage.
